Played a round after a short practice session in our wet sand practice pit. These shots drive me nuts, especially when it only takes a short throw to the nearby pin. My traditional wedge either goes too far or gets stuck and the ball won't come out. With this head style, a very shallow putta backswing is perfect and never gets stuck. It's 64 degrees, so around the green it's about 30 yards of full travel. Ideal for throwing a trap out of a rough or fairway. I'm getting rid of my 3rd iron and carrying this stick. saves me a lot more strokes than an iron which i usually never use! Hope that helps.
