THIS IS REALLY GOOD MATERIAL. I used to get gel manicures and always took them off during the day because they didn't hold up so well. I tried every trick in the book and nothing worked until I bought this material. I work STNA and after three 12 hour shifts these nails are still strong and absolutely don't need lifting. I wash my hands often and use about a bottle of hand sanitizer per shift, and I certainly don't take good care of them. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants to do their own manicure!
