Very Narrow Stones for Power and Hand Tools

These stones are very narrow and difficult to handle. They are difficult to handle as the edges of the stone or the edges of the plastic on the sides seem to stick to the knife blade with each strike. You get a large selection of stones, but only need a few grits. We have to choose because they are difficult to sharpen. They are very thin but in a plastic case. I find it difficult because they don't stick out of the bench or countertop high enough to sharpen the handles of some knives. I think the place they will shine is when sharpening my chisels. I haven't had a chance to try them yet, but I think they will find their place in this usage. Overall I'm glad I have them but I think they're a bit off. They partially make up for it in the sheer amount of rock and grain. Choose low, medium and high grit and sharpen. When they wear out, you can choose a different set or just experiment with different grits to get the best multi-stage sharpening. I gave them 3 stars for how thin and narrow they are which makes them a bit difficult to use, but they are 3 stars for what I think will be very useful for sharpening chisels. Another thing I got a star for is that the blade got stuck on the edge of the rocks.
