These filters are great value, made in the USA and perform like any other. I use them at home and in the garage. A Merv 13 rating means they filter out all sorts of nasty stuff, even most smoke particles. Even in a garage with car exhaust, sawdust, etc. They keep the air as clean as possible. Wildfire smoke seems to be everywhere and I can clean my house 90 percent by running the stove fan with these filters. Just make sure you swap them out as soon as they start turning brown or black due to what they're picking up from the air.
