Review on Improve Performance with Energy Suspension 16.1110G Motor Mount Insert Set for Acura by Joseph Rasmussen

Great product, still gives a smooth idle but makes the motor stiff enough to be used in a racing manifold. I've been using these for a year now with no problems. I've also installed them with new Honda motor mounts, but people say they can be installed with used or broken mounts. I'm not sure if they still offer the same benefit.
