Great overall experience - even when things arenít going smoothly

I love that it's intuitive to use. Customer service is great too! The customer support team really goes above and beyond to help you with any issues or questions. It can be pricey but if your business model fits well into their pricing structure then there are definitely benefits in using this software over other options available out there. I wish they expanded more options where certain types of businesses could fit better into their product line. For example we couldn't see ourselves being able to offer tours to our clients without having some sort of vehicle tracking feature. We currently track rentals only which is fine for us because that's what we're used to doing. But it would have been nice if there were different add-on services like Vehicle Tracking, GPS mapping or something along those lines so that others don't feel limited by what they have to choose from within this application.

  • Poor quality phone connection between callers
