I have a 20 lb cat who has anxiety issues. He likes to express his feelings, shall we say. I used this product in place of the previous calming collar we bought (Sentry?) because it has a higher pheromone content. It seems to have helped! he is much more relaxed and less aggressive so i am happy! The smell is a bit matronly but better than other comparable collars. Note that this is not a track so this can be an issue if you have a cat that likes to get in trouble, but I had no problems. If you put it on the same distance as a regular collar, the cat can move it a little when it rubs against the furniture so it doesn't get sore, but it won't come off.
