Review on 💡 6-Pack of BALDER Dimmable Halogen Replacement Bulbs by Deb Wach

(+) As of September 2020 these are the ONLY 60W equivalent G9 base LEDs SUPPORTED. They fit snugly, feel cool to the touch (big change) and put out plenty of omnidirectional light thanks to their design - there are dozens of glowing LED squares on the sides of each barrel, as well as four at the top. 50% brighter than the short lived incandescent bulbs I replaced. Dimming is silent and flicker-free. (-) One star off because you could immediately see how cold these bulbs were compared to standard 2700K halogen or incandescent bulbs. As you can see, the old halogen is much more yellow in the center, especially when it's darkened. Their light is brighter than one would expect from the advertised 3000K color temperature (Higher/colder light improves the CRI but is not ideal for the relaxing, warm light environment of my home.) I'm hoping this manufacturer or other manufacturers will make a Find way to manufacture these lamps with genuine quality warm/soft white. They're still a mere upgrade from outdated halogen technology, especially at such a low price.
