Docks do not interface well with controllers and require a lot of wiggling to work, and then only on the newer flat top controllers. It only accepts original Sony style or aftermarket controllers, not the aftermarket curved top style. See photo. I put them on the shelf and am considering just returning them as I have double ended connector cables and they connect great no matter what controller you have. ARECORD Garmin Split USB Adapter, search for it on Revain. It costs less and works better. You just have to use the mini USB cable you use to charge one controller, now it works for two!
