Unless you're a techie, this product can be very annoying. I've used this software with some success in the past, but I had the resources of Harvard Hospital's IT department to help me overcome the many compatibility issues, bugs, and freezes. In my private practice, without proper onsite IT support, this product has been a nightmare of recurring and new issues. Nuance Technical Support is available Mon, Moscow until evening only. I want to return it for a layman like me, the issue is only adding to my hectic day and night of note-taking.
