Review on Tvent DPR8EA 9 Replacement 1985 2000 1997 2009 by Flip Shaw
No spark in spark gap
I haven't tried them all, but the first one out of the box has more sparks. The old one works but the new one I got doesn't. It's almost empty inside, like a movie prop. I've tried several times and set the counter. There is no continuity between tip and center electrode - not even a built in resistor, just an open circuit. Will update later but not impressed with the quality control.
