I made this to run our washing machine on 4 deep cycle batteries. The Whistler shown in the picture (also 1200 watts) manages this without any problems. But "Imoli" (red) will not. The maximum it is rated for is a 750W toaster. Definitely not 1200W as advertised! One look at the size compared to the Whistler (black) tells you it's definitely not as big as it says it is. Also, the fan on this thing runs all the time whether there's a load or not, which is annoying. . Also, there's no power meter like the Whistler, just battery voltage and AC power (120). So just go to Walmart and get a cheaper 750 watt one (about $40). Also, you don't have to wait for delivery. And if it breaks, you can return it.
