This is a nice diffuser, I use it in my bathroom and have a Alexa routine set up in which it will turn on or off with the lights automatically when someone enters the room.I love the design as it matches the floor tiles of my bathroom.A couple of things.It would be great if the color of the light could be changed by vocal command using an echo dot.The other issue I have with this diffuser and why I gave it 3 stars,The other issue, and very important.it can be almost impossible to open it without applying a good amount of force. I am afraid I may eventually break it, trying to open it for refill. Whoever designed this, tried to make it so that it would slide off, but for whatever reason, it sometimes stays stuck, and won't free up unless I bang it on the counter. I have tried to open it by wedging a knife, and it won't budge. A small handle on the bottom wouldn't have been a problem to design, or something on top to push it open would have been great.The plug never stays on properly whenever I try to open it, and as a result, I have to re-pair the device onto my network.Otherwise, I like this diffuser, I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but the difficulty opening is important enough that I can only give 2 stars.
