The real remote control is fine and works well, don't get me wrong. But if you buy an item NEW and receive a used item, replace it and receive a used item and then buy it again. and AGAIN you will receive a used item. it means something is wrong (with the seller, of course, not the product). Look for another seller if you want a new item!
