Review on 🐴 Nikwax Horse Blanket Cleaning and Waterproofing Solution by Joseph Lang

I've been using carpet cleaner and this 33 ounce bottle washes a few quilts (add 5 or 7 ounces for hard water). I give the laundry 5 stars. CARPET SAFE ADD 17 oz PER WASH. So 1 33oz bottle only fits 2 duvets. As I only checked 2 duvets and the price I give 4 stars. I wish I knew how many blankets it will cover so I can order 2 bottles at a time (I have 4 blankets). It seems to have worked, when I took it out of the washing machine I saw that some water had collected. As for some of the reviews for not wanting the inside of the rug to be waterproof due to horse hair chafing. At first I agreed but after using this product and thinking about it when it suddenly starts raining I figured that the outer layer I WANT the inner layer to catch water before it hits my horse. I had blankets (after long downpours in South Georgia and lowland South Carolina), the blankets really started soaking up the water and because there was only one barrier layer it started reaching the horse. I had to run and lug it into the stable - take the blanket off the horse (it's shivering now!) and put a stable blanket over it to dry/warm) This product does not make blankets stiffer or stiffer. So I think 2 hurdles is better than one. Just my opinion! I haven't had a chance to test it yet. If it's as good as I think I'll buy it again.
