They have been very helpful in customizing our system for our needs. I wish there was an option for more than one database. We would like to be able to link our salesforce CRM with our accounting system. If you are looking for a great customer service team that will help guide you through all aspects of setting up your CRM, this is the place. I highly recommend them!
