Great support staff- Very flexible when it comes

The ease of use and how quickly they can get you up and running with your CRM. They are very responsive in getting issues resolved. They have been very helpful in customizing our system for our needs. I wish there was an option for more than one database. We would like to be able to link our salesforce CRM with our accounting system. If you are looking for a great customer service team that will help guide you through all aspects of setting up your CRM, this is the place. I highly recommend them! We needed a system that could track our customers from prospecting stage to purchase. This helped us to connect our salespeople with our accounts team and vice versa.
