Overall a good product with one exception. Pros: - Really easy to install. Takes about 3 minutes - Holds the canary securely in place Cons: - Not enough movement in the ball joint. The location I set up requires more left/right movement, but overall movement is limited in this part. Because of this, I can't exactly turn the canary in the desired direction. However, when I only used the magnetic base, it was also moved by wind/rain and/or birds (I found bird droppings on it!). a lot, so although I don't like it I will keep this product for now.
