Small at the waist but long enough
I bought for my son 12 (almost 13) years old. He is very tall and thin for his age. a little with a built-in elastic waist adjuster. If it was a medium or heavy child I would say it runs small. Normally a size 20 would have been much bigger than her. Great quality! We were pleased. They looked beautiful and didn't feel cheap to me.
