You are joking.
The thin end of this tool is needed to clean the fuel injectors on most cars in the US. Unfortunately, the soft metal used is not strong enough to withstand the force required to dislodge the dirt that has built up in the nozzles. It also cannot be used to change the direction of the nozzle so that the cleaner is sprayed on the correct area of the windshield. It was completely bent and almost broke on first use! It's best to just use a thin wire or nail to try to clean or reposition the washer nozzles.
