Because ckpsms claimed to offer premium products at affordable rates, I was eager to buy their products. My encounter with their goods, however, was disappointing. The low quality and easily breakable items I got left me dissatisfied and broke. I tried contacting their customer support department for help, but they were unreachable and unhelpful. This unacceptable lack of client service has made me feel unsatisfied. Overall, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse ckpsms and would advise others to be skeptical of their promises of quality.
