Overall a pretty good device. The large backlit display is very easy to read at a glance. On the downside, it's made out of cheap plastic that seems to break if dropped. Definitely not waterproof, a small splash on the case when washing the probe left condensation under the display window for three days. I expect this thermometer to last about a year before it breaks or fails.
