Does what it's supposed to. Out of interest I installed a fuse and shorted it. the LED lights up. Makes diagnosis much easier. When I pulled the fuse it still looked fine, but the test came back bad. The tester may not be available locally and fuse replacement is expensive. It has 4 mounting holes for #10 screws. I also found that you can run a 1/4-20 tap in them so you can install from the back. While I wouldn't call it waterproof, the lid fits snug enough that I would call it weatherproof. My only complaint is that the plugs are quite recessed so you can't use circuit breakers, but regular fuses are fine.
