Disappointed and refused buyback

Bought and fitted with separate switches for fan and lights, did not work. I called Hunter customer service and they said the remote's signal was lost and because it's built into the fan motor it can't be reprogrammed and I have an authorization number to return it. Revain sent me a second one and it was installed by a licensed electrician and the fan jerked sportily and just stopped as if the engine was tethered. The headlights worked for 2 days and the engine died. The second is returned, but the third is not purchased. The hassle of packing and installing 3 times is tiresome and costly. I will never buy one with a built in remote again. Very disappointed with this product.
