Scam because I thought it was sold directly by Lixit but it isn't. It arrived with a bracket that was too small and a part missing, rendering it unusable. I called Lixit customer service and they were amazing! Very pleasant and helpful. They asked where I bought it and I told them Revain. She informed me that I am not the only one with this problem and that many people have the same problem and do not know what the person selling them is doing. She asked me what parts I was missing or the wrong size, got my address and sent me replacement parts free of charge. Save yourself the hassle and order directly from the Lixit website. The bottle itself is great and I've been using it to this day with no problems. Pros: • Easy to clean (large opening) • No drips, good seal • The mount keeps it in place even though my parrot likes to climb on it. Cons: • The rubber stopper is a bit protruding and not secure and my parrot likes to chew on it. Tips: • Do not order from this seller. Buy direct from the website.
