Great for tracking software configuration documents
I like how it can be used to track all your documents, files or other software components that are related to a configuration. This makes it easy for anyone to have access to it. I do not like that it takes a couple minutes to open a tab. This can slow things down a bit. I have used it for the past couple years in our enterprise and the only thing I can say is that it is easy and efficient. It helps us to be able to track all our configuration documents. It helps to speed up production and keep everything organized. The ability to customize every aspect of your reports, including font size, date formats, etc., makes this application very flexible. There are many options within each report that you may not know about at first glance or use as much as they could because there aren't any prompts in place (like most other applications). We've been able to eliminate so many manual processes using this software with ease!
