Very cute and good quality

This dress is for a dog. It looks good and my dog is adorable in it. I measured her back and thought 14 inches might be too long but it worked out fine. Actually I'd say it's a little shorter than I thought it would be, but I think it's because of her bigger chest and ruffles. makes the whole family think she's the cutest!
