They won't hold their shape

I've found the hard-bottomed dehydrator pan works best for fruit peels, eggs, and other more liquid foods. The trays have decent capacity, but they don't hold their shape, resulting in a lot of overflow and little practical use. Too cheap to send back but I definitely won't be buying them again.
