The magnet is thin, smooth and visually appealing. Unfortunately, every time I put my work iPhone 10 (standard size) on the magnet (down) it slides without starting the work cart. I was able to just about hold it in place with the included magnet in the middle (not the top), but the phone falls off on the first hit. A few years ago I had a freebie magnet from my company but the plastic became hard/brittle and broke. He survived before the crash. It had a big, round, magnetic face. I would buy it again but there was no name on it. If you don't have a lightweight phone, don't buy one.
