Well, color me disappointed! At RoomMates, I was really hoping to unearth a hidden gem, like a diamond in the rough, but all I ended up with was a bunch of rocks. The assortment of products was unimpressive and did not offer the diversity of options that I had hoped for. There was nothing that particularly stood out to me, and the items that I did end up ordering were unremarkable. To add insult to injury, the quality of the service provided to customers was subpar. When I reached out to them with a question, I had the impression that I was being a nuisance to them. It appeared as though they were unable or unwilling to assist me in locating the information I required. In general, I do not think that RoomMates is something that anyone should sign up for. There are a great number of different stores available, many of which provide superior selections and services to customers. You can save both time and money by shopping somewhere else.
