As it is very easy to adjust, it is made of mesh material, strong but comfortable. Our physiotherapist suggested this product and she was right! My husband is 76 years old and has severe back pain even after 2 surgeries and he now lacks core strength so it was difficult to stand for more than 5 minutes or even walk around the house. BaxMAX changed everything! The wheelchair I bought will be hidden and replaced with a BaxMax around the house and a BaxMax plus walker outside. 5 stars are not enough!
