I like how easy it was to create profiles for our candidates, as well as search them out by location or skillset we are looking for! It can be time consuming taking screenshots of their resumes in order to use later with clients when they request more info from us (which happens frequently).
The platform itself could probably do better at maintaining all your uploaded documents/files organized so you don't have to worry about organizing after uploading files yourself. Sometimes this makes things difficult if there's something important missing off an otherwise great resume - but overall still very useful once used correctly!! We're using TalentWunder mostly internally within one division here where most employees will not see each other directly anyways. This allows me to pull up any employee profile easily without having everyone know who has access what information which saves time because usually someone knows who should get access anyway since HR handles hiring decisions etc..
