I really like this camera! The first thing that catches your eye is the lack of an antenna - I don't know how they do it, but it works. The second thing I like is the camera cover, which has a rubbery feel. Very smooth PTZ which I find refreshing after some of the cameras I've bought. Good field of view and clarity. Pretty easy to set up and I really like that it's powered by Blue Iris. I even got my "QT-View" program to recognize the camera. The remote viewing software on the phone (Android) works very well. Everything about this camera is high quality, and while you pay a little more for it, it's worth it - I'd like to underscore that statement. Although I haven't used the support yet, the site shows me that there are some really good support and support products out there. The pin/reset button is cool because you don't have to use an unfolded paperclip to use it, and the button acts as an indicator to show the device's connection status - green or red. This is by far the best small nanny desk unit I have ever used or owned. I also wanted to comment on the PDF user manual which is clearly written in correct English and is exceptional! Really refreshing after some Chinglish I've tried to read and understand in the past. The instruction manual that came with the device is much better than most and it is NOT written in 2pt font that only a 20 year old can read.
