I would like to start by saying my 5 star rating is based on the price of the arrow. I wouldn't compare it to a 20" Manfrotto or Impact articulated boom. a whole other level when it comes to price and durability. While this 11" mount was able to support the weight of my Canon 5D IV with a Canon 24-70mm f2.8 lens, I don't recommend it for anything that heavy. Instead, it would be ideal if you want to install a light camera, cell phone, or product photography reflector. The arm shares the same mechanism concept as the Manfrotto lever but in a smaller body. The only difference I noticed is that the center pivot on this 11" arm has teeth while the Manfrotto arm has no teeth. I also really like the jaw that goes with it. It feels very sturdy, ESPECIALLY at this price! I only recommend it for light equipment.
