Honestly, I don't cook XL pasta. This thing is ridiculously huge, and I don't know who needs it to be that huge. I couldn't find a regular size version of StarPack. I bought this to replace a nylon pasta fork after realizing that nylon cookware damages our non-stick pans more than silicone. The problem with this, apart from the size, is that the "teeth" are too thin. Forgot pasta for a moment and skim some pasta off the bottom of the pot? Much luck. It's also difficult to break up the "lumps" of pasta during cooking. Better to serve than cook.
