I love these little air purifiers. I bought a set of 2 and then another set of 2 for all the main rooms. I recently bought a house and it came with a strange smell. These little cleaning ladies took care of the stench. I tell everyone about it. And when one started complaining about some defect, the company sent a replacement even though the exchange/return window was closed. Great product and great customer service. By the way. I bought them because they were recommended to me by a friend and that's why the rumors are doing the rounds.
