I bought this brush in June. In early December, the rubber dish soap dispenser button gave way. I wasn't rough with this brush - my use was quite reasonable. I can't help but think that Oxo is slipping in terms of quality. This product was a modest purchase so I can't be upset. But I'm disappointed. I've seen Oxo offer to fix anything if you tell them about the flaws in their product. But why bother with that process - and the promise of another poorly made product - when I can buy from another manufacturer instead? Eh
