Great concept but the rubber thumb pad that releases the soap cracks after a few months of use. This has happened to me before and it's a real problem as the product itself is very good. I bought this brush in June. In early December, the rubber dish soap dispenser button gave way. I wasn't rough with this brush - my use was quite reasonable. I can't help but think that Oxo is slipping in terms of quality. This product was a modest purchase so I can't be upset. But I'm disappointed. I've seen Oxo offer to fix anything if you tell them about the flaws in their product. But why bother with that process - and the promise of another poorly made product - when I can buy from another

Okay, I've been through three of these. The brushes are great - the concept is great. But for some reason after a few months the soap stopped coming out when you pushed the button. This happened 3 times in a row. Within four months. It's just the two of us and we don't produce meals - a few meals a night. Some nights we go out. With so little use, the dispenser should work really well! They're cheap enough that I'll probably keep buying new dispensers if I can't find anything better.

These reviews are clearly fake. I've had two of these things, both failing in almost the same way. When you buy this brush, it feels comfortable and gives it a certain quality.
