points, winner, winner. I've used the gloves 4 times on fairly new and dirty cars and a truck with no problems. The description in the product title is very accurate. Well made, very absorbent, big, thick and soft but tough enough to remove bird droppings, tree sap, insect stains, etc. without scratching. Great quality at a great price, especially in the 2 pack. I figured the glove design would help keep it in the car and off the ground. It worked, no problem. I've also tried putting my hand outward. I have better control of the glove. Easier to turn and use both sides. There's also more padding between my hand and the car. My hand sinks into the mitten like on a mattress. I can rub without digging into the paint. Excellent control, no falling off with arm up. I have washed them in the washing machine with mild cold water and plain unscented clear liquid soap after each use along with the microfiber towels. Then in the dryer set on gentle, low heat. No cracks or signs of wear/damage. I guess it will probably be a while before I need to buy again.
