Pretty nice and convenient

Now these do work, they can keep whatever you need in place and save you some time. Not much else to be said, they do the job and they're very convenient too.

Pros

Can be used for a variety of exercises, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and more

Cons

The clamps may not provide enough grip for the user's preferred knurling
