A special TB3 cable is required!
Like all other customer comments about the need for a custom TB3 cable. NONE of my existing TB3 cables will connect to this case. I haven't decided yet if I'll try shaving off the connector on one of my TB3 cables to see if I can plug it into the recessed socket on the case. Easy to install and replace NVME SSD.
