I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.
Taking a normal pulse reading requires warm hands and wrists. This is why, as the temperature outside drops, you should bundle up here (even if your gloves are very toasty). Unless this is corrected, the pulse can be overestimated by as much as 220 percent. I hope this watch can function as a metronome or at least have a setting where the step frequency is limited.

- Unfortunately, you can't play back a recorded track on a smartphone without first saving the data from the watch. However, this does not apply to the wristwatch itself, but rather the app that allows a smartphone to exchange data with it.
