Excellent quality. Very convenient. They can be adjusted to fit snugly but not bind or irritate. My knees really needed that support when doing heavy physical work. I feel the difference when I push, pull, turn, mow and garden. My knees hurt and I had to rub anesthetic creams on my knees at night. My knees were stiff in the mornings but using these copper added gel pads has had amazing results. NO pain creams, no waddle! Best thing I've done for myself in years.
