It comes with a massager, a USB charging cable (no AC adapter), an instruction manual, and two black pegboards that are plastic on one side and fabric on the other, which appear to replace the massage panels. However, I have no idea how easy it would be to replace them as this block doesn't look like it could be opened easily. I'm guessing it comes with it in case the fabric frays, but I couldn't find any mention of these items in the manual. I charged the neck massager overnight until the red charging lights went out. When it still wasn't fully charged after four hours, I left it overnight. When I turned it on the next morning, the lights were purple, indicating it was fully charged. To work, I just long press the ON/OFF button. The massage begins to rotate. To change the rotation, simply press the ON/OFF button. To add heat, just press the heat button. To stop heating, simply press this button again. The massage balls glow when the heat is on and there is only one heat setting. Please note that this massager will run for 20 minutes immediately before shutting off as this indicates a full massage cycle. You can turn it back on if you want. The device fits snugly around the neck and needs to be pulled and stretched to fit. The massage itself curves outward, and hand "cables" help adjust the tightness of the device based on how hard you pull. Overall, I really like this massager. It is easy and convenient to use. The only downside is that you have to "stretch" the device to fit your neck. However, the current price of $49.99 is a bit high for it.
