Unfortunately the blades are dull and cannot cut through fabric

If that sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Greed made me buy these (36 sets of replacement spinning knife blades). Popped into my rotary cutter and very roughly cut through just 2 layers of fabric. I took it out and put it back in the box. Opened up a new Olfa blade and have been using it for a month, cut over 100 masks, still not dull. 36 replacement rotary knife blades sent back, very easy return with credit to my account.
