Review on Denon AVR-2113CI Networking Home Theater Receiver: AirPlay, Powered Zone 2 | Discontinued by Manufacturer by Charles Barney

If you have a pre-packaged home surround/theatre, toss it now. The sound quality was amazing when using this device instead. The upconversion is smooth, I expected it to be mediocre and I would see some artifacts on my screen with it, but it doesn't. The microphone and the Audssey setup are good. Not ideal, but definitely a good starting point. All I had to do was adjust a few decibels on the 3 speakers and the low pass filter on the subwoofer. Denon's app for Android is terrible. There's another free, fairly competent one that I still use. However, I had a problem getting my device repaired. I had to send it in for repair within the first week. Although the repair was paid for in full.
