This vacuum is a quality upgrade compared to the cheaper large vacuums. Robust power cord. High quality reel extension hose with good reach. More durable plastic rod and accessories. The vacuum cleaner works quietly and easily cleans medium-pile carpets. I like the foot pedal option to lower the handle all the way down to make it easier to get under tables and similar cleaning furniture. There's also a clip at the top of the handle to secure the power cord higher so you don't trip over it while vacuuming. Bags, belts, filters (Type 7) are readily available and inexpensive. I bought one of these through the Revain Warehouse for only $108 with a description stating the box was damaged. When I received it the box was barely marked and the vacuum cleaner was in perfect condition.
