Emerica Wino G6 in my mind
I've had Etnies Marana slippers, Vans (classic) slippers, Vans (BMX) slippers and Adidas Sleuth (bike) slippers and these Emerica Wino G6s and they are HOSTELESSLY the most comfortable either way. Upgraded sockliner, upgraded upper, upgraded toe box and ankle protection at the back of the shoe work perfectly. This is definitely my choice for every day. Haven't ridden in these shoes yet so can't comment on their skating ability or skateboarding durability but I wear these shoes almost every day and so far the shoe is holding up great as is the insole. Order true to size. If I have one negative thing to say about this shoe, it's that it's a little heavier than any other slip-on I've had.

- At first they're tight, then they stretch and become flexible, not bad, but they don't hold their shape.
