After enduring WD's MYBOOKLIVE, I found this NAS to be really satisfying. After chatting with customer service, remote access was established up. A little different than I'd want, but if I'm not mistaken, UPNP setting ports or my manually forwarding them makes no difference. Therefore, in order to access the NAS from the outside world, you must forward ports 80 and 443 for the web interface and zCloud, as Zyxel Drive is no longer supported. Access through WebDAV will be granted after ports 5002 (http) and 5003 (https) are forwarded. In other words, NAS folders can be mounted as external disks on another machine.
