I've been exercising for about eight years now and I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but when I started taking a scoop a day and a day or two later it got better I feel very dizzy; I had nausea and a feeling that I was nauseous. I'm 6'2 and 230 pounds, about 16% body fat. I do not recommend this particular powder formula, nor will I buy it again.
