Years ago the only bathtub pillows I encountered were those plastic things that needed to be inflated. They were fine, but the need to keep air in them was annoying. They were comfortable enough but not as comfortable as this bath pillow. This is a pretty bright white bath pillow that will look great in any bathtub. Suction cups are suction cups and I've never seen them work so well. Even if those cups don't stick to the tub wall, the pillow usually stays where you want it just to recline, although at least a cup or two usually stays in place. It's small enough to fit in a small bathtub but big enough for big heads. It's just enough to give some movement without having to purposefully place your head on a target spot. The cushion dries a bit quickly when hung out to dry. It has a hook for hanging but I wish it was bigger because you can't hang it on the shower curtain rod. To do this, you need an independent hook. Although sometimes I attach it to one of the shower curtain hooks. That works well enough. Remember that it is bright white if you plan to use different tinted bath products like bath bombs. Even if your bath bomb doesn't stain your bath, it might stain this pillow. Not much, but enough to notice. If it's not a big deal to you, just make sure you rinse it well to avoid staining.
